Partner WILLIAM O. KRATOCHVILWilliam Kratochvil joined the Fort Myers office of George Hartz in 2004. His practice areas are Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Commercial And Construction Litigation. He is currently a member of the Lee County Bar Association. He has served as the Judge Advocate for the PFC Paul E. Ison Marine Corps League Detachment since 2002. He was also on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Lee County from 2002-2004. Mr. Kratochvil was admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2000. He graduated with honors earning his Juris Doctor degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. In 1997, Mr. Kratochvil received his criminology undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. He was in the United States Marine Corps from 1990-1994.
