A. Scott Lundeen

A seasoned litigator, Scott Lundeen has significant experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation. He is well versed in premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, automobile cases and sovereign immunity. He is particularly knowledgeable in the field of medical malpractice and cases involving complex medical issues.

Mr. Lundeen obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1976. He broadened his experience by working full time as a state certified paramedic providing emergency medical care to patients for seven years prior to obtaining his law degree from the University of Miami in 1985. He became a partner in 1991 and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He is a member of several local and national Bar organizations as well as various defense-oriented legal and/or healthcare organizations and has been a lecturer on a wide variety of litigation issues. He is admitted to practice in all state courts and the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Lundeen has extensive experience in defending health care providers in medical malpractice cases involving serious debilitating injuries or death. He has also represented health care professionals in administrative matters before the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (DPR).
