Leslie Alan Schere
Leslie Alan Schere has joined the firm after nearly 30 years of solo practice focused on local and international business transactions, real estate acquisitions, probate, and wills and trusts. In addition to counseling high-net-worth individuals, he has represented privately held corporations, financial institutions and the Resolution Trust Corporation.
Schere, an AV-rated attorney, also has represented high-profile real estate developers and mortgage companies, in the negotiation, preparation and closing of multi-million dollar construction loans, permanent loans, limited partnerships, joint ventures and syndications.
A graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, Schere received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1971.
