Michael R. Storace
Michael R. Storace has focused his practice on asset protection, taxation, estate planning, trusts and probate, employee compensation and benefits, private offerings, and capital formation.
An AV-rated attorney, he has provided representation and counsel to numerous entities, including corporations, limited partnerships and limited-liability companies, on a wide range of matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, spinoffs, asset acquisitions and protection, foreign investment, and general commercial and business transactions.
A graduate of the University of Florida, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1966 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1969. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1969, has served on multiple committees in the past three decades, and remains actively involved in the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section and Tax Section.
