Mitchell L. Lundeen
Mitchell L. Lundeen, a seasoned trial lawyer, has an active insurance practice. An AV rated lawyer, Mr. Lundeen's diverse practice includes defense of product liability matter, professional malpractice actions, construction related claims and insurers in bad faith litigation. Mr. Lundeen has been with George, Hartz since 1980, the firm's first year. He has been instrumental in the growth of the firm.
Mr. Lundeen is a member of the Miami-Dade County and Florida Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in the United States District Court for the Southern District and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member and past president of the Miami-Dade Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is an active participant in the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. He is a past Board Member of the Florida Patients Compensation Fund and has served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. Mr. Lundeen graduated in 1975 from Vanderbilt University, cum laude. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1977 from the University of Florida before returning home to his native Miami to practice law.
