Thomas M. Tarsia
Thomas M. Tarsia joined the Fort Myers office of George, Hartz & Lundeen, P.A. in 2008, and is currently a Litigation Associate with the firm. His practice areas are Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Civil Rights, Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Construction Defect Litigation.
He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and Lee County Bar Association. He was a law clerk for ElDeiry & Rubino, PLLC in 2005, held licenses as a real estate sales associate and mortgage broker until 2008, and started and operated a title insurance company until 2007.
Mr. Tarsia was admitted to both the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2008. He graduated earning his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. In 1999, Mr. Tarsia received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University where he was initiated a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Mr. Tarsia was born in Passaic, New Jersey on June 23, 1976.
